Best Vitamin out there
I have the MTHFR gene mutation and I believe my 8 year old son does as well . I have noticed a difference in his attitude, hyperactivity and sleep since he started taking this . Yes he can swallow the capsule as he “drinks it down like water “. I feel this is a high quality vitamin that is good for the whole family now that both myself and my son take this, I will be a life long customer !
